An event organizer is responsible for managing, and organizing seasonal events all over the country. Event organizers perform various functions, such as ; Organize the event from concept to finish,
Must be able to use a smart cell phone, computer, or tablet to check guests in. Check-in helpers will hand attendees their check-in packet, etc once they’ve checked in.
Help set up the stage, check-in and merchandise tent and tables, lighting, firepits, tiki torches, etc. Break-down and pack up all festival materials
Handle sales of on site festival merchandise, restock as merchandise gets low, handle payments via our system on either a computer, smartphone, or tablet we provide, pack up remaining merchandise at the end of the festival.
Check Parking Passes, hand out parking map and direct attendees to their parking area, close off the entry and remain at the gate once the festival starts, security will remain with you during the festival, direct attendees out of the festival grounds when their sections are called to leave.
clean all festival areas assigned to you, and help where needed.
Our social media team is responsible for managing our facebook, instagram, pinterest, and creating new profiles on other suitable social media networking sites.
